Thomas, ‘Rice, George (1724?–1779)’, Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, Oxford University Press, 2004; online edn, May 2006 (accessed 4 April 2013 )〕 and his wife the Cecil de Cardonnel, 2nd Baroness Dynevor, he was educated at Christ Church, Oxford.
